What is the cost for shipping?
Shipping is done via UPS Ground and United States Postal Service (USPS) based on the weight of your purchase and the Zone that it is in.
What kinds of credit cards do you accept?
As indicated above, we accept the major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
What is your return policy?
There are no returns after 30 days. Returns should be requested in writing. 15 percent reshelving charge.
What is the warranty on products?
Most products carry a manufacturers warranty.
What is the cancellation policy on orders?
There are no cancellations once an order has been shipped.
Is there sales tax on my purchase?
Sales tax (8.50%)will be charged if you are a resident of California. |
